How are Searches Conducted by Gman Business Resources?

As a candidate, what does it cost me to use your recruiting services?

There is absolutely no cost to you the candidate for any of our recruiting services as all fees are paid by our clients.

Once I send you my resume, how long will it take to hear back from the company?

That varies from company to company and there is no one size fits all answer.  However we try to get some feedback from HR or the hiring manager within 5 business days.

How will I know what interest a company has in me?

We pride ourselves in keeping everybody "in the loop."  As soon as we know any information, it is passed on to you via Email and telephonically.

I don't see a job that I qualify for.  Can I still send you my resume?

Yes, you sure can.  Just send us an Email with you resume attached as a Word Document and we will enter it into our job matching software for current and future considerations.

Do you work with other recruiting agencies?
